The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is a national campaign under the rules and guidance of the Office of Personnel Management, Washington, DC. It is administered locally and available only to Federal Employees at their workplace in the fall. The mission of the CFC is to support and to promote philanthropy through a program that is employee-focused, cost-effective and effective in providing all Federal employees the opportunity to improve the live for all.

United Way of Yellowstone County acts as the Principle Combined Fund Organization (PCFO) for the Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC).
