Workplace giving has long been a highly valued tradition offering benefits to employers, employees, and the people of Yellowstone County who are helped by programs and partnerships supported by the United Way Community Care Fund. It is one of the most simple and effective ways for employees to give back to their community. And is one of the most significant resources employers offer to address community needs. Every donation made to the Community care Fund provides support for 28 programs and initiatives in Yellowstone County

The United Way workplace campaigns would not happen without our Workplace Campaign Managers. Every year employees in more than 160 workplaces volunteer to run their United Way Campaigns. Their energy, commitment and countless hours of hard work drive the success of each campaign.
