Why Should Your Company or Organization Get Involved with the Day of Caring?
• Day of Caring will strengthen community relationships and corporate visibility.
• Participating in a service day will enhance team spirit and employee morale.
• Company participation in volunteer activities helps to recruit and retain employees, because employees see community service as an attractive company benefit.
• Participation in the Day of Caring facilitates a greater understanding of how commitments of time and money make a difference in the community.

What are the Team Leader(s) responsibilities?
• Recruiting employees to form a Day of Caring company team.
• Registration dates: July 16 - Aug.17, 2011 (detailed information will be available when you register.)
• Select appropriate project(s) for team depending on size of company team.
• Coordinate and return all team information: release forms, t-shirt orders, and site visit form to United Way of Yellowstone County.
• Distribute all Day of Caring information to team members.
• Do a site visit prior to August 3, 2011 with the agency Project Site Coordinator(s). Supplies and materials are the responsibility of the non-profit unless previous arrangements have been made between the two parties.
• Pick up t-shirts, drop off company banners/door prizes at the designated times.
