Thanks Giving

UWYC BLOG: Thanksgiving

By TAYLOR OWEN

Happy Thanksgiving! On this, one of our most cherished holidays, the United Way of Yellowstone County would like to share with you what we are thankful for.

One thing we are immensely thankful for is our new office. Thanks to the support of previous visionary donors and the tireless effort of your CEO Carol Burton, we now occupy an office four times as large as our previous one.

Another thing we are giving thanks for is the growth in the UWYC family that we experienced this year. Our staff now includes the wonderfully talented Tina Lynch, Director of Operations; Tess Besaw, Impact Specialist and Taylor Owen, Impact Analyst. We are so happy to have them on board contributing to our efforts.

The last thing we really want to shout thanks for is the great support from our community that allows us to invest over $2.37 million into the best organizations doing the most critical work for those who need it most. Without your generosity, none of this would be possible. So thank you.

We hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving with good food, good cheer and wishes for all the best.

Thank you so much,
