The Circle of Honor award is designed to recognize dollar contributions, the quality of the Campaign, the employee support specifically dedicated to the Community Care Fund, participation, and non-financial contributions.

To receive recognition at our Community Leaders Lunch on March 24, your company must meet the following criteria:

Employees volunteered for United Way or a United Way partner agency

United Way was provided with donors' names and addresses/emails so employees can be properly thanked

A "new hires" program was conducted to provide giving opportunities to new employees

Employee Giving

Gifts specific to United Way of Yellowstone County's Community Care Fund totaled at least 50% of total employee giving.

The average employee gift was at least $50

At least 51% of the total number of employees made an annual donation to the Campaign.

Corporate Giving

The company made a corporate contribution to United Way of Yellowstone County.

The company made an in-kind donation to United Way of Yellowstone County

Results Reported

Reported Campaign results must be returned to United Way by December 31, 2021.
