Serve drinks for a cause! United Way of Yellowstone County is partnering with Brews and BBQs to raise money and collect school supplies to benefit local kids. On July 18, we're looking for volunteers to serve beer at Brews and BBQs at Metra Park during the following shifts:
Volunteer Shift Times (volunteers may sign up for multiple shifts)
- 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM
- 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Volunteer requirements
- Must be Montana TIPS certified by July 10. Click here to take class: https://rserving.com/ Responsible Serving of Alcohol- On-Premises Responsible Serving of Alcohol. Cost $8.95. Volunteers will need certification on person while volunteering.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Volunteer Perks & Supplies
- Volunteers will be provided with a plastic sampling glass to sample beer while on shift.
- Bottled water will be available throughout the event.
With more than 1,000 people attending Brews & BBQ each year, this event provides a fantastic opportunity to collect much-needed school supplies while raising awareness about United Way's programs and impact in our community. It's also a great chance to connect with new people and introduce them to the work we do throughout Yellowstone County.
