YouCanVolunteer.org

YouCanVolunteer.org is a database paid for and provided by United Way for the community. Partners can post their volunteer opportunities to the website and we promote the website to the community. It is your one stop shop to find opportunities to volunteer in Yellowstone County.

*Volunteer Administrator’s NETWORK

NETWORK members are responsible for managing volunteers in Yellowstone County organizations. Meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of the month from October-June, and consist of programs, discussion circles, training, networking, and fun.

Day of Caring

Day of Caring is our annual signature event held in September where hundreds of volunteers take the day to help non-profits in the community. To learn how you can host a project for this day contact the volunteer center or visit our Day of Caring page.

Newspaper Volunteer Column

Every Monday in the Billings Gazette we feature two current volunteer opportunities under our volunteer column notice. This is featured in both the print and online editions of the newspaper. To visit the online edition of the column click here.

Notification of Group Volunteer Projects

We often get calls or have groups looking for service projects they can do. We ask our partners to step up and meet the needs of the community to offer quality projects for these groups!

*Consulting

The Volunteer Center offers consulting to non-profits who are looking to build their organizations volunteer management. We can offer provide resources and insight into what makes a great volunteer program work.
