What is a Workplace Giving Campaign?

Over the past few years, working families have been faced with impossible choices, between medical care and housing, keeping the lights on or childcare. The economic impact of a pandemic, local natural disasters, and the rising cost of living has affected us all. But, together, we are breaking down barriers and meeting those challenges head-on. United, we will help our neighbors move from surviving to thriving. 

Every year local businesses rally to raise funds that stay right here in Yellowstone County to improve lives. Last year, our annual campaign raised more than $769,000 to support critical programs in our community. And over $2 million was given back to the community! Learn how here. Because of people like you, we can continue to grow our programs while also responding to those in crisis. 

United Way’s Workplace Campaign runs annually from September to December (or whenever works best for you)! 

We understand the importance of working together, through collaborations and partnerships we are able to bridge the gap for working families. We cannot do our work alone. The United Way of Yellowstone County Workplace Giving Campaign is centered around improving the quality of lives throughout our community. UNITED IN PURPOSE we can continue to make an impact and ensure everyone in Yellowstone County can thrive.

Benefits of Being an Employee Campaign Coordinator (ECC)

The Employee Campaign Coordinator  (ECC) provides a critical link between United Way and employee donors. Through communication, organization and leadership skills, ECCs enable their co-workers to join in a fight to combat our community’s greatest challenges.

  • Receive United Way training and network with ECCs from other companies
